Lauren’s Toasted Sesame Kale Salad

Ingredients:

 ¼ cup toasted Sesame oil
 ¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
 ½ cup plus 2 TBSP lemon juice
 Salt & Pepper
 Kale
 Bell peppers - chopped
 Cherry Tomatoes - chopped
 Avocados - chopped
 Almonds - chopped
 Quinoa - chopped

Directions:

Chop kale and massage in the dressing.

Add chopped bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, avocados, almonds and quinoa.
