Ingredients:
2 cups packed cilantro
½ cup almonds
¼ cup chopped red onion
½ tsp serrano chilli pepper
¼ cup EVOO
¾ tsp Himalayan sea salt
Directions:
Place all ingredients in food processor, pulse until well blended.
Great crowd pleaser; use as dip for crackers or veggies, mix with gluten-free pasta or zucchini pasta and grilled chicken, top it on grilled fish, chicken or steak. Left-overs can be frozen for later use.
