Chocolate covered berry ice cream

Ingredients:

 1 cup cold canned coconut milk
 ½ cup frozen berries (e.g. blueberries, strawberries, raspberries or mixed
 1 scoop chocolate bone broth protein or pure paleo bovine protein
 1 tbsp collagen
 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
 1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon

Directions:

Blend the coconut milk with the frozen berries using a hand mixer.

Add the rest of the ingredients and blend again. Enjoy.

Alternative Thinner Version

Use room temperature coconut milk instead of cold and drink as snack or meal replacement. This is my personal favorite morning breakfast.
