Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

 1 can whole coconut milk
 2 tbsp chia seeds
 1 tsp almond or vanilla extract
 1 squirt stevia

Directions:

Put all ingredients in a mason jar, tighten top and shake. Put in refrigerator.

Stir after 30 minutes.

Ready to eat after 1 hour.

Stays well for up to 3 days. Top with fresh berries, sliced almonds, or bananas.
