This bad boy can be used as a marinade, topping for chicken, steak, fish. But my favorite is on top of a big bowl of greens or dip for sweet potato fries.
1 cup EVOO
1 cup lemon juice
1 cup finely chopped parsley
68 crushed garlic
1 ½ tsp dried oregano (or 2 tsp fresh)
1 ½ tsp sea salt
Bottle and refrigerate up to 1 week.
